This is a test of my Simplex Fire Alarm Control Panel and devices. This thing is a Complete beast. I am selling this FULL SYSTEM and three other panels and my whole store room of fire alarm crap. This whole sale consists of some of the rarest and most sought upon fire alarm panel components, including over ten simplex 2001 module cards, even a full bare bone simplex 2001 system.

*************PART 1 OF 2************** This is a test of my newly updated vigilon compact fire alarm system. The parts I got are: 1X Vigilon Functional Repeater Panel (Vig-Rpt-72) 2X S4-34800 Manual Callpoint’s 2X Voice Sounder Strobes (one is memory corrupt-not in use) 1X Voice Sounder (S3-VP-R) 1X Thermal Printer 1X T-Breaker (34701) 1X *NEW* S4 Beam Detector Pair and Parallel Brackets Access to the Commissioning tool I have set the system to disable the “optical” sensor mode Monday-Friday until I come home from school and it is all enabled on the weekend. Still trying to add delays to all sensors downstairs Signal 1 has the bell tone now and the rest of the signals are normal. Some strobes flash rate needs to be adjusted, especially for signal 2, they should flash every second. Build description and instructions can be found here: warehouse.carlh.com This is the first “live” test of the simply DIY burglar alarm system that I built out of parts acquired for a couple of dollars. Note that because of the shape of my door’s handle I have since replaced the carabiner with a simple knotted loop of string. Do whatever works for your situation.

System Test 1 of my Simplex 4010 fire alarm panel with the Ademco Vista 20P Alarm System. I am mounting all of my fire alarm and security system equipment to a wall so it won’t be like this for very long. The security system is wired into the relay on the 4010. I will be getting my pulls in the mail very soon.

7/2/10- just a test of the bells and a little overview of the sensors. There are more sensors on this system, but are hidden and will not be shown for security reasons. Also the remote keypad banner has been changed from my street address to ***Ready*** for this video.
